The Task

Increase awareness and usage of the Fund’s e channels in order to improve members’ access to their accounts from wherever they are.


Based on consumer insights & review of the product’s unique proposition, we created an impactful campaign that connected with members lifestyles.


Positioned the E-channels as;

“so easy to use, you will always want to know”

RESULTS to-date

Members signed up for the channels and service delivery tremendously improved within the Fund. The Fund is perceived to be innovative, transparent and convenient.
