Walter is an award-winning communication expert with 14 years in communications. He has a Bachelors degree in Mass Communication from Makerere University, a Post Graduate Diploma in Innovation & Design Thinking from the Emeritus Institute of Management in Singapore and studied a Masters in International Business at Makerere University Business School. His work has won 20 media & PR excellence awards including; the Prestigious SABRE Africa PR Awards, PRAU Excellence Awards, the 2011 Umoja Award -EAC- East African Business Council Media Awards and Overall Winner Kikonyogo Capital Markets Awards (KCMA) for Financial Journalism in Uganda.. Prior to joining fireworks, he worked with Monitor Publications in Uganda, and Bizcommunity Publishing in South Africa.
