Xavier Francis is an advertising and marketing enthusiast
who specializes in creating edge-cutting visual direction
for fireworks Advertising clients that move the
commercial needle for the client being handled.
Currently working as a Senior Art Lead, Xavier provides
insight and guidance to graphics and multimedia design
artwork for our client portfolio. He has a keen eye and
enthusiasm for great artwork designs evidenced by
output for the brand portfolio under his belt including MTN
Uganda, Crown Beverages Limited, TotalEnergies Uganda,
and Plascon Uganda among other brands.
Prior to joining us, he worked with other advertising
agencies, gaining a vast understanding of the Ugandan
scope of design artwork. Xavier holds a bachelor’s Degree
in Industrial Fine Art from Makerere University
